TEACHING JOBS for 2008-2009 CONTACT

Elementary School in Chicago is looking for a French Middle School Teacher for a position in fall 2008 (starting October, full time).  The candidate will have a strong background in French teaching and preferably have experience with children at this level (grade 4 to 8). Screening interview will be in French.
 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or French Studies (French native is plus but not required)
  • 2+ years of teaching in elementary school (middle school is plus)
  • Be comfortable with small groups and work independently
  • Responsible for designing all language material, syllabus, class curriculum, updating school website, grading, book reading, lesson plan, attending middle school meeting,  etc….

Position: Temp-To-Hire Credit Collection Clerk
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Compensation: $18-$20/HR
     This $600 Million Manufacturing Company is looking for someone fluent in French with experience performing collection calls. The position will consist of making collection calls (80% French/20% English), maintaining collection activity report, analyzing the report, researching and resolving disputes, coding invoices with dispute codes and utilizing Excel to maintain and create spreadsheets.  Required Experience: Previous collection experience, French fluency and knowledge of Excel.  This position will convert within 2-3 months of hire.
